Come lend a helping hand to make an enjoyable day for the kids at Simmons Elementary on Saturday, April 25th! This is an annual event geared toward elementary students but that the whole family can enjoy!

There are plenty of volunteer opportunities for adults and students! And, good news! -- District volunteer badges are not required to volunteer for the fair, so we encourage you to invite your friends or family members to volunteer an hour or more, too.

Please select which area and time slots best fit your schedule. We encourage our volunteers to sign up for as many time slots as their schedule allows. If you have time limitations while volunteering, just note it in the comments. Also, please make sure you don't sign up for multiple jobs that are scheduled for the same time.

If it rains on Saturday, the event will be held inside Simmons. Please come to the front entrance to sign in at the volunteer table and get instructions. If the weather cooperates and the event is outside, the games will all be out in the open where there is no shade. Be prepared with sun protection as needed.

Note: We are asking for only adults at the raffle tickets table and the game prize table. We request only high schoolers and adults at the food tables.
